The restaurant is under a beautiful and cozy palapa next to our pool with a great view of the Pacific.
We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is our passion and we take a lot of pride in our cooking and baking. So everything from bread to dressings, salsas to desserts and ice cream is homemade in our kitchen.
We use fresh regional ingredients and prepare sophisticated meals with an international touch.
Our main meal is dinner, where we focus heavily on seafood caught by the local fishermen. In order to take advantage of fresh products and of the chefs’ creative minds, we do not have a fixed menu for dinner, but daily changing specials.
We are open to dinner suggestions by our guests and accommodating to people with dietary restrictions.
At the ¨P89¨ bar we serve delicious cocktails, ice cold Mexican beers, wine as well as freshly prepared fruit juices with tropical fruits of the region. Also we have a variety of Mezcal, which is the typical Oaxacan liquor made out of ‘maguey’, a form of agave.
